Flying Horse Catering is proud to be the exclusive caterer to the Douglas County Events Center located in Castle Rock, Colorado. With its conference rooms and large, 29,000 square foot multipurpose room (which can accommodate up to 3,700 people it is an excellent choice for trade shows, concerts, athletic competitions, receptions and corporate meetings.
