Breakfast Buffets have a minimum of 15 people unless otherwise stated.

Continental Breakfast                                         $9.00 per person

Enjoy an assortment of Mini Pastries, Bagels & Muffins with Butter, Jam &

Cream Cheese.  Served with a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad and a variety of

Individual Yogurts.  We will provide Individual Fruit Juices, both Regular &

Decaf Coffee and a Selection of Gourmet Hot Teas.

Farmer's Breakfast                                            $13.00 per person

Delicious French Toast with Hot Maple Syrup, Fluffy Scrambled Eggs,

Sausage and Bacon accompanied by a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad.  We

will provide Individual Fruit Juices, both Regular & Decaf Coffee and a

Selection of Gourmet Hot Teas.

Breakfast Burrito Bar                                 $13.00 per person

Burritos made to order with Fluffy Scrambled Eggs, Breakfast Potatoes and

Cheddar Cheese wrapped in a Large Flour Tortilla and topped in your

choice of Our Famous Green Chili or Red Vegetarian Salsa.  Burritos are

served with either a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad .  We will provide

Individual Fruit Juices, both Regular & Decaf Coffee and a selection of

Gourmet Hot Teas.

Quiche or Egg Strada                                        $13.50 per person

Host Choice of Green Chili with Chicken and Cheddar Cheese Quiche or

Bacon, Onion and Swiss Cheese Quiche or Spinach, Mushroom and Jack

Cheese Quiche or Egg Strada.  Served with Sausage, Bacon, Mini

Pastries, an assortment of Muffins and a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad .  We

will provide Individual Fruit Juices, both Regular & Decaf Coffee and a

selection of Gourmet Hot Teas.

Omelet Bar - minimum 30 guests                         $15.75 per person

Our chef comes to you!!  Made to order Omelettes with your choice of

Sausage, Bacon, Ham, Peppers, Onions, Pico de Gallo, Tomatoes,

Mushrooms, Cheddar and Jack Cheese.  Omelets served with Mini Danish

Pastry, Assorted Muffins and a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad.  We will provide

Individual Fruit Juices, both Regular & Decaf Coffee and a selection of

Gourmet Hot Teas.

*Requires an on site chef with additional $23.00 per hour per chef

Flying Horse Brunch - minimum 30 guests               $16.25 per person

This One Has It All!  Your choice of Quiche; Green Chili with Chicken and

Cheddar Cheese Quiche or Bacon, Onion and Swiss Cheese Quiche or

Spinach, Mushroom and Jack Cheese Quiche served with French Toast and

Hot Maple Syrup, Breakfast Potatoes, Bacon and Sausage, Mini Danish

Pastry, an Assortment of Muffins and a Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad.  We will

provide Individual Fruit Juices, both Regular & Decaf Coffee and a selection
