Flying Horse Catering's orgins can be traced back to Pegasus Restaurant in Castle Rock Colorado, when by customer demand they began providing catering meals for their customers. Two years later the business outgrew the restaurant and a second location was established. In 1998 the name Flying Horse Catering was adopted and it has continued to grow and flourish under the owners', John and Janie De Lay and Jim and Patti De Lay, dedication to maintain it's high culinary and service standards.
Our commercial kitchen is located at 703 Wilcox, Unit B in Castle Rock Colorado with easy access to the Front Range and beyond.
Executive Chef Jean-Paul Beining joined Flying Horse Catering in the fall of 2002, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience with him to the team. He has owned his own restaurants and been a chef in well known country clubs and hotels as well. Our staff is not limited by our menus, Jean-Paul would be happy to customize a menu to your upcoming event.
We take our commitment to the community very seriously and are involved in numerous organizations and committees.
