Treat your guests and yourself to Premium, Hand Cut New York Strip Steaks and Seasoned Natural Chicken Breasts grilled on site and served with Ranch Style Beans, Home Style Potato Salad and Mixed Green Salad with English Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Red Onion with Ranch and Italian Dressings, Fresh Baked Rolls and Cornbread with Honey Butter.

Option #6 - $20.50 per person

Give your guests a Taste of Colorado with the sizzle and aromas of On-Site Grilled 1/3 pound Beef Burgers and Seasoned Natural Chicken Breasts with Corn Dusted Buns and appropriate condiments, Ranch Style Beans and Home-style Potato Salad.



Social Stations are a delicious and fun concept for your wedding reception.  It creates a beautiful presentation and encourages your guests to mingle and visit with their new friends and family while they're exploring each station's tempting foods.

Social Stations have a minimum of 30 guests and we recommend at least three stations, but depending upon your celebration, more stations may be appropriate.

Shanghai Station - Attended - $11.50 per person
Enjoy a bit of Asian flair at the Shanghai Station with Crisp Vegetarian Spring Rolls with Teriyaki-Ginger Aioli, Oriental Coleslaw, Pork Potstickers with Asian BBQ Sauce and Crispy Fried Wonton Chips served with Sweet'n Sour Sauce.

Mexican Fiesta Station - Attended - $14.50 per person     
Add some spice to your reception with Southwestern Shrimp and Beef Mini Tacos, topped with Shredded Lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, Pico de Gallo, Cilantro, Jalapenos and Sour Cream.  Taste the rich colorful roasted Mexican Corn Salad, then dip into a Southwest Cheese Cake with a rich blend of cheeses and chilies baked to a golden brown and covered with Sour Cream, Guacamole and Pico de Gallo and served with our House-made Crispy Corn Tortilla Chips with Salsa.

Taste of Tuscany Station - Attended - $15.00 per person
Savor the rich flavors of Tuscany with Mini Penne Pasta and Cheese Tortellini,  Pesto Alfredo Sauce with Marinated Pulled Chicken and Italian Sausage Marinara, Parmesan Cheese, Asiago Cheese and Sun-dried Tomatoes with a variety of Bread Sticks.

Blazin' BBQ Station - Attended - $11.00 per person  
No BBQ Station would  be complete without Sliced Brisket with Tangy BBQ Sauce and Pulled Pork with Sweet BBQ Sauce, fresh baked Dollar Size Rolls, some Home-style Potato Salad and Ranch Style Beans.  YeeHaa!

Vegetarian Oasis Station - No Attendant - $11.00 per person      
A great way to start a meal or end an evening is  with a Domestic Cheese Display served with Carr Crackers, a Fresh Fruit Display with Yogurt Dip, a Vegetable Crudities with Fresh Vegetables and Red Pepper Dipping Sauce and a Brie Wheel En Cruet with Raspberry Sauce and French Baguettes.

Carving Station - Attended   
Choose two of our succulent meat options cooked to perfection, then carved to order and served with our House-baked Silver Dollar Rolls. The options include:
  • Sliced Tenderloin of Beef - $9.50 per person
with  Roquefort Crumbles and Green Pepper 
  • Roasted Prime Rib of Beef - $7.50 per person

Under The Sea Station - No Attendant - $15.00 per person    
Set the stage with Baked Salmon encroute stuffed with Mushroom Duelle and served with Cucumber Dill Sauce.  Then follow it up with delicious Shrimp Cocktail with Lemon Aioli and Mini Crab Cakes with Remoulde.

Decadent Dessert Station - No Attendant - $9.00 per person    
Your guests will find it hard to resist this tempting array of purely decadent desserts.  Each rich confection is designed to please the eye as well as the palette with this beautiful display of Mini Cream Puffs, Coconut Macaroons, Mini Fresh Fruit Tarts, Mini Chocolate Eclairs, Chocolate Opera Cake and Chocolate Mousse served in a Chocolate Shell.

Chocolate Fountain Station- Attendant Included - Serves 250 guests - $395.00
This is a fun and elegant addition to any large event and it will be the "Hit" of your reception.   Your guests will enjoy molten Calbeaut Chocolate flowing down the fountain surrounded by an abundance of fresh fruits and confections, truly a delight for the eyes as well as the tummy.

Our staff will prepare the Chocolate Fountain Station and maintain the fountain for up to three hours.for your guests to enjoy.  We will provide the Attendant, 20 pounds of Calbeaut Chocolate, 500 6' Wooden Skewers and Paper Napkins for those delicious little drips.  Dipping Treats are an additional fee.

  • Dipping Treats - $3.00 per person
  Everyone will have fun choosing their favorite Dipping Treats from this
  delightful  selection we have created for you.  You may even be tempted to
  try them without the molten chocolate!
