Our Signature Fajita Bar                                                      $13.75 per person

Seasoned Beef and Chicken accompanied by Roasted Bell Pepper  &

Onions.  Served on Flour Tortillas with Refried Beans and Mexican Rice.

Complete  your Fajita with Fresh Lettuce, Pico de Gallo, Cheddar Cheese,

Guacamole, Sour Cream, Tortilla Chips and Salsa. And enjoy

a House-baked Cookie and Brownie Tray for dessert.

Burrito Bar                                                                     $12.75 per person

Offer your guests two seasoned meats, (Pork, Beef or Chicken), served on

Flour Tortillas with Refried Beans and Mexican Rice smothered with either

our Famous Green Chili or our Vegetarian Red Salsa.  Top it off with

Lettuce, Tomato, Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream and Onions.  We also

include Tortilla Chips & Salsa and a House-baked Cookie &

Brownie Tray.

Taco Bar                                                                      $11.00 per person

Seasoned Ground Beef and Pulled Chicken served on your choice of either

a Soft Flour Tortilla or a Hard Corn Taco Shell accompanied by Mexican

Rice and Refried Beans, Onions, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Cheese, Sour Cream,

Tortilla Chips with Salsa.  Then enjoy a House-baked Cookie &

Brownie Tray for dessert.

Philly Cheese Steak                                               $12.25 per person

Marinated Sliced Sirloin with Melted Provolone Cheese and Sauteed

Onions, Mushrooms and Green Peppers served on a French Roll.

Deli Sandwich Buffet                                                    $12.25 per person

The "Build Your Own" option with Assorted Breads, Sliced Turkey Breast,

Ham, Roast Beef, Swiss, Provolone and Cheddar Cheeses, topped with

your choice of Lettuce, Cucumber Slices, Tomatoes, Red Onions and

Pickles with Mayonnaise, Dijon and Mustard.  Chose One Side Dish and

Italian Sandwich                                                                    $13.25 per person

Choose either Seasoned Beef Meatballs topped with a Zesty Marinara

Sauce or Italian Sausage and Sauteed Peppers and Onions.  Both are

topped with Parmesan Cheese served on a French Roll with your Choice of

One Side Dish and a House-baked Cookie & Brownie Tray for Dessert.

Chicken Caesar Salad                                                   $11.50 per person

Crisp Romaine Lettuce topped with Grilled Strips of Chicken Breast, Grated

Parmesan Cheese, Croutons and Caesar Dressing accompanied by

Baked Potato Bar     $11.50 per person

Stuff you Spud with a Variety of Toppings including Sour Cream, Butter,

Bacon, Shredded Cheese, Chives, Broccoli and Mushrooms.  On the side

a Mixed Green Salad with Ranch Dressing, Rolls and Butter and a House-

baked Cookie and Brownie Tray for dessert.
