These are some of Flying Horse Catering's popular choices for a dinner buffet with a minimum of 15 people per order. Prices include plateware, silverware, napkins, serving utensils and buffet linen.  Beverages, Attendants or Drop Off and Pick-up Service are available for an additional fee.

Buffet Dinners

Fajita Bar           $15.50 per person
Seasoned Beef and Chicken served on Flour Tortillas with Refried Beans and
Mexican Rice accompanied by Roasted Peppers & Onions, Lettuce, Pico de
Gallo, Cheddar Cheese, Guacamole, Sour Cream with Tortilla Chips and
Salsa.  A tray of assorted Dessert Bars completes the meal.

Pasta Bar                  $14.25 per person
Your choice of either a Tangy Marinara or Creamy Alfredo Sauce served over
Penne Pasta with either Italian Sausage or Seasoned Chicken served with
Chef's Fresh Seasonal Vegetable Medley, Grated Parmesan Cheese, Mixed
Green Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressings, Fresh Baked Rolls and Butter.
Enjoy a tray of Assorted Dessert Bars for dessert.
  • Have Italian Sausage AND Seasoned Chicken for $2.00 extra

Lasagna (minimum 20 guests each variety)                $17.75 per person
Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna served with a side of Marinara and Fresh Grated
Parmesan Cheese. Accompanied by a Fresh Mixed Green  Salad with Italian
Dressing, Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter and Dessert Bars.

Beef Stroganoff               $14.00 per person
Tender Beef Tips in a Rich Sour Cream and Mushroom Sauce served over
Egg Noodles.  Accompanied by the Chef's Seasonal Fresh Vegetable Medley,
a Fresh Mixed Green Salad with Ranch Dressing, Fresh Baked Rolls with
Butter and a tray of assorted Dessert Bars.

Beef Tips with Peppers and Onions           $14.00 per person
Marinated Beef Tips with Roasted Peppers and Onions served on Rice Pilaf
accompanied by a Fresh Mixed Green Salad with Ranch Dressing, Fresh
Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter and an assortment of Dessert Bars.

Chicken Vera Cruz                  $14.95 per person
Baked Chicken Breasts topped with Tomato, Avocado Slices and Monterey
Jack Cheese served with Mexican Rice, Chef's Seasonal Fresh Vegetable
Medley, fresh Mixed Green Salad with Ranch and Italian Dressing, Fresh
Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter and an assortment of Dessert Bars.

The "Build Your Own" Burrito Bar              $13.75 per person
Your choice of two Seasoned Shredded Meats, (Chicken, Beef or Pork),
served on a Flour Tortilla with Mexican Rice and Refried Beans.  Then
smother it with either our Famous Green Chili or our Vegetarian Red Salsa
and top it off with Lettuce, Tomato, Sour Cream, Onions & Cheddar Cheese.
Tortilla Chips and Salsa are included and for dessert a tray of Assorted
Dessert Bars.

Spaghetti with Meatballs               $13.00 per person
Marinara Sauce with Seasoned Pork and Beef Meatballs served over Tender
Pasta accompanied by a Fresh Mixed Green Salad with Italian Dressing,
Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter and a tray of Dessert Bars.

Chicken Caesar Salad            $13.75 per person
Crisp Romaine Lettuce topped with Grilled Strips of Chicken Breast, Grated
Parmesan Cheese, Croutons and Caesar Dressing accompanied by Fresh
Cut Seasonal Fruit Salad, Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls with Butter and an tray of
assorted Dessert Bars.
Add our Chef's "Soup of the Day" for an additional $2.50 per guest

Potato Bar        $13.50 per person
Stuff your "Spud" with a variety of toppings, including Sour Cream, Butter,
Bacon, Shredded Cheese, Chives, Broccoli and Mushrooms.  Enjoy it with a
Fresh Mixed Green Salad with Ranch Dressing, Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls
with Butter and a Cookie and Brownie Tray for dessert.
  • Add BBQ Beef, BBQ Chicken, Chili with Beans or Chef's Soup of the Day
  for an additional $2.75 per guest for each item

BBQ Sandwiches     $13.95 per person
Chose to offer your guests either Shredded Beef, Pulled Chicken or Pork in
a Tangy BBQ Sauce served on a Corn Dusted Roll with your choice of Two
Side Dishes, (listed below), and top it with Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes, Pickles,
Red Onions and American Cheese.  A tray of assorted Dessert Bars
completes your meal.
Add second meat for additional $2.75 per guest
Add third meat for additional $3.00 per guest

Bratwurst and Chicken Breasts                        $13.00 per person
Grilled Bratwurst and Chicken Breasts served on a Corn Dusted Roll with a
variety of toppings including Sauerkraut, Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes, Pickles,
Sliced Red Onions, Dijon, Mustard and Mayonnaise.  Served with your choice
of two Side Dishes, (listed below), and a tray of assorted Dessert Bars.

Deli Sandwich Buffet      $13.75 per person
Create your own perfect Deli Sandwich with Sliced Turkey Breast, Roast Beef,
Ham with an Assortment of Breads.  Add Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes, Pickles,
Cucumber, Sliced Swiss, Cheddar and Provalone Cheeses, Dijon Mustard
and Mayonnaise.  Serve it with your choice of Two Side Dishes, (listed below),
and a assortment of Dessert Bars.
